Preventive Maintenance Service Program This program is designed to keep your equipment running at maximum efficiency to minimize the costly and unexpected interruptions and downtime that may result from an unexpected equipment problem.
Through Signode Service Maintenance Agreements your equipment will be frequently maintained according to an agreed maintenance schedule. Costly production interruptions will be reduced and your equipment will operate at higher efficiency levels. Service Maintenance Agreements include regularly scheduled visits from an experienced Signode India engineer who will perform a complete inspection and annual overhaul of your machine and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
Signode India Service Maintenance Agreements may cover the cost of parts, labour and travel, which enables you to budget a fixed cost for service and parts over the life of the contract. This also allows you to reduce the administrative expense of issuing service or replacement part orders. In case of a parts included maintenance agreement, service engineers carry the majority of repair parts and this reduces your spare parts inventory.
Signode has full-time, fully trained engineers with an average of 8 or more years of experience. In most cases, you'll receive your regularly scheduled visits from the same engineer so you have the added value of someone that knows all about your operation, equipment and your service requirements.
